Today marks the one year anniversary of my coaching business. Tomorrow is my daughter's 5th grade graduation. It's hard to believe that we've both hit these milestones - the days are long but the years are short. Another time, I'll go into more detail on what I've learned from my daughter. I will say that my girl knows what she needs and how to get it - mainly by being empathetic, kind and patient with others and especially with herself. I'm taking her lead.
I want to honor the numbers of my first year in business for my self as a coach and be grateful for the opportunity to be doing this work and kindness for the moments when I feel like I could/should be doing more. I've done a lot and patience will help me and my business to continue to grow.
